      Orientation Training for New Employees of First Phase, 2016

      In order to better familiarize the new employees with the corporate culture and incorporate them into the Hazens family, the Human Resource and Administration Center held the orientation training for new employees of first phase, 2016 titled “Walking into Hazens” on the afternoon of April 21, with the participation of 12 new employees from departments like Planning and Design Center, Demolition and Relocation Management Center and Longgang Company. Covering such contents as the history, operation ideas, development status, corporate culture and office system applications of Hazens Group, the training course will give motivation and confidence to the new employees for their work and life in the group and lay down a foundation for their incoming Hazens “new” life.

      Started with a welcome speech to the new employees made by Chen Lan of the Human Resource and Administration Center of the group, the training course was launched with self-introduction of the 12 new employees. Playback of the Propaganda Film of Hazens presented the achievements of the group in 20 years. Later, Chen Lan briefed the history and operation performance of the group, and detailed the management and control system and authorization system that supported robust growth of the group, the projects developed by Hazens and its corporate culture; through textual and graphical PPT presentation, the new employees had deeper understanding on the history, the present and the future blueprints of Hazens. Chen Lan hoped that the new comers could exert their expertise in their positions and make contributions to the group, so as to achieve win-win development of both personal careers and businesses of the group on the platform provided by Hazens.

      Furthermore, Manager Dong of the Information Department demonstrated in details the OA system of the group, including how to log in the system and operate the various modules. In order to make the new employees familiar with this system as soon as possible, Manager Dong took actual examples and answered the questions on the spot for each module, making the trainees quickly understand the functions and usages of the system.

      Finally, Lin Jizu of the Financial Management Center introduced the categorization and specific operation of the financial NC system of the group, enabling the new colleagues in different positions to pertinently understand the functional modules and operation procedures of the financial NC system.

      The training course rounded off at 17:30, which, as the new employees generally commented, benefited them a lot and actively prompted them to integrate themselves into the working atmosphere of the group and get into their positions.

      From now on, the Human Resource and Administration Center of the group will periodically organize such orientation training for the new employees every season, with the focus on inputting and fostering talents; with orientation training as the starting point, making the new employees rapidly familiar with and adaptive to the new environment and accurately defining their roles, so as to fully exert their personal capabilities and achieve synchronized growth of both the group and the individuals.
